Supplier Quality Management Engineer

What are my responsibilities?

Audit and monitor suppliers’ quality performance according to regulation, and push supplier to improve continuously.

Inspect outsource parts’ quality according to technical specification and drawing, and feedback the quality issue to R&D.

按照零件图纸及技术要求检验所供零件,并将非质量问题反馈相关研发人员.

Collaboration with oversea colleagues for general Q-policy alignment and local supplier quality development.

与国外同事合作执行以确保执行的质量政策的统一性及当地供应商质量发展一致性.

Strategy alignment with Procurement for supplier development and integration.

在供应商发展与整合方面与采购部门保持战略的一致性.

Provides advice to executives and Senior Management in all Supplier Quality related issues.

对所有供应商相关的问题向高级管理层提供建议.

Review monthly supplier development and quality assurance reporting.

月度回顾供应商发展与质量保证的报告.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor or above;

本科及以上学历.

Good English communication skill;

良好的英语沟通能力.

Good experience in manufacturing process in responsible commodity which include casting, forging, heat treatment, machining and painting.

在相关领域有丰富的制造过程的经验,包括铸造,锻造,热处理,加工和喷涂.

Good experience to communicate and manage suppliers.
