Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation and Change Leader to join our organization. As the Transformation and Change Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing central initiatives and programs that champion workforce and organizational transformation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and partners to develop and implement change management strategies, organization reshaping, drive process improvements, and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a consistent track record of leading successful groundbreaking projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that enable successful adoption of organizational transformation initiatives.
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and key team members to identify transformational opportunities, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness for change, identifying potential barriers and risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Create and deliver compelling change communications and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions and promote understanding and acceptance of changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring consensus for transformation initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and change agents, ensuring consistent application of change management methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformation efforts including a focus on margin contribution, productivity and cost efficiencies.
- Identify and address resistance to change, proactively managing team members’ concerns and ensuring their engagement throughout the transformation process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies in change management and transformation, applying relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Transformation and Change Leader or in a similar role, leading large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations.
- Experience in Employee Success/ HR working across multiple stakeholders/ functions
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and lead change across the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence team members at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Experience in working with senior leadership and executive
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English essential with a second European language a plus
