Salesforce is looking for an experienced Talent Mobility Program Manager (EMEA) to join our Global team! This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Mobility, based in London.

A strong candidate should already have experience in leading a growing regional program. Candidate should understand the EMEA mobility market as well as immigration trends to support business demands. Through conceptualizing, planning and developing the EMEA programs, the ideal candidate needs to have the skills and ability to influence our stakeholders and advocate for our Global Talent Mobility & Immigration program philosophy and framework.

Responsibilities
• Support EMEA mobility activities while ensuring global alignment in program areas including policy, best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis.
• Manage day-to-day operations and processes, including relocation, tax and immigration services
• Leverage and partner with EMEA external partners to support EMEA program growth
• Immigration case and compliance management, including reviewing and signing immigration documentation
• Relocation case management (including assignments)
• Ensure relocations are coordinated with a high level of customer service in the EMEA region
• Advise of cost-efficient strategies to enhance mobility programs and meet unique challenges when needed
• Manage immigration processes for EMEA, serving as main point of contact for compliance purposes while liaising with business unit managers, ES partners and recruiting
• Support Sr. Manager, Global Mobility to enhance EMEA mobility policies (relocation, tax, immigration) on an ongoing basis to align with global program goals, industry best practices and local region/country requirements
• Provide ongoing education to ES team of latest processes and policies
• Monitor and track cost of programs and find opportunities for improvement

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a global mobility capacity including expatriate and relocation program management; 3+ years of program management experience
• Understanding of global cross border working tax implications
• A change agent, problem solver, entrepreneurial thinker, leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution/mentor and counselling experience
• Negotiation skills through collaborative partnerships
• Consistent track record of working efficiently at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong computer skills including both Google and Microsoft Office suites
• EMEA regional peer network and industry organization involvement preferred
• Knowledge of French and/or other European languages an advantage
