Business Development Representative (Dutch) – Slack
Location: Dublin, Salesforce European Headquarters

About The Role
- Sourcing new business and/or cross-sell pipeline and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts ;
- High sales activity role with daily metrics for targeted call and email campaigns ;
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment ;
- Discovering the customers’ – and prospects’ business initiatives and acting as the Slack advocate ;
- Building a point of view on how to help qualify the needs of the customer ;
- Speaking to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality ;
- Building credibility and trust with internal and external partners ;
- Learning how to anticipate and prepare for objections ;
- Demonstrating resourcefulness and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization ;
- Handling a large volume of accounts with a strategy on prioritization of your accounts and time ;
- Researching and understanding various lines of business and personas.
The ideal candidate
- Professional experience in a customer-facing / sales environment required ;
- Experience prospecting and strategically calling into a large list of accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install ;
- Degree or equivalent through relevant experience required ;
- Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
