Account Solutions Third Party Money – Vice President

This role will be in charge of designing an exciting value proposition for the Virtual Solutions product, design a product vision, manage the complete product life-cycle, product delivery, go-to-market, product financial results (P&L) and overall success of the product offering.

The evolution of the digital economy and the digital transformation needs of global corporates poses new challenges for the overall cash management and treasury management for global companies. As a Virtual Account and New Economy Solutions VP you will define a clear vision for the next generation treasury solution.

In this role you will have the opportunity to engage and collaborate with customers key partners and stakeholders in the region covering the strategy for the complete AMERICAS region including LATAM. This role requires playing a leading role in defining new solutions, identifying new opportunities and constantly adapting an evolving product roadmap for the region and a strong grasp of the big-picture with a detailed knowledge of the fast changing client and regulatory landscape.

TheAmericas Liquidity Solutions & Account Services (LS&AS) is a dynamic team building advanced solutions for clients to manage and optimize their global operating liquidity. Enable digital transformation for our customers and new growth opportunities with a truly global value proposition. The team covers the Americas region including the U.S., Canada and Latin America.

Job responsibilities

  • Build the product vision and lifecycle process for the region targeting a successful Go-To-Market by partnering with the relevant local and regional functions
  • Execute for the region the strategic direction of Virtual Solutions and next generation Treasury solutions
  • Ensure the team is using the latest insights into market trends around client cash management requirements, legal & regulatory changes and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Working with local and regional stakeholders across, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Client Service, Technology to define core functionality, features and governance structures.
  • Be the “go-to” expert for all matters related to Virtual Solutions products
  • Lead and design the products solutioning capability to connect customer needs with current or future product capabilities
  • Ensure the team effectively manages day-to-day requests from Sales and Service to help them best support our clients. Provide direct support to clients during and post implementation as required.
  • Work closely with functional partners, pre and post releases to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements.
  • Regularly engage senior stakeholders and management teams on progress and on new developments.
  • Work closely with the other product managers and sales teams globally, to deliver integrated solutions to clients and deliver high quality marketing collateral for the new product.
  • Work closely with functional partners in Risk, Legal and Compliance across the Americas region to ensure new regulations are fully understood and acted upon efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure risks and impact by segment are fully appreciated and documented appropriately. Ensure additional controls are in place where needed.
  • Partner with regional and country teams to support internal and external audit and regulatory reviews in a timely and coordinated manner.
  • Coordinate with country teams how to actively identify, manage and remediate any risk issues and develop CSA action plans as necessary. Proactively contribute to regular product risk and compliance reviews.
  • Work with functional partners in operations and technology to achieve minimization of manual processes and activities.
  • Build and maintain Know Your Product (KYP) document.
  • Manage your product communication and training

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven people manager with relevant cash management, liquidity management, business acumen with demonstrated business results
  • Previous product management experience in Financial Institutions, Treasury Transformation/cash management strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Product design capabilities such as User Research, UX/UI strategy, product analytics, and human centered design methodologies strongly preferred
  • Exposure to regulatory environment and risk & remediation frameworks preferred.
  • Banking, Treasury, Financial Management knowledge, cash management preferred
  • Track record of clear communication and strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Brave self-starter who likes to take initiative and is able to deliver in an efficient and effective manner
