Phoenix, Arizona, Position Summary The ideal candidate will have clinical experience and 3 or more years of experience with implementation, training, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software of Clinical Systems, such as an EHR. This is a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must live locally. Analyst Responsibilities: Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software Train using various methods such as classroom, online, and job aide training Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects with quick deadlines. Provide communications for changes to workflows or systems. Stay current with clinical workflow and best practices to elevate training materials. Develop collaborative partnerships with department leadership. Conduct ongoing needs analysis and tactfully identify opportunities for process improvement. Performs activities related to the design, build, implementation, and support for the clinical based applications. Provides general analysis of one or more applications and procedures within the healthcare setting.

Performs work that tends to be of moderate technical and clinical complexity. Acts as a liaison between the Information Technology department and organizational units to tailor the Clinical System to meet the unique needs of the Hospital Education Bachelors Degree in Health care field, or equivalent combination of post-secondary education or experience (Required) Experience Three (3) years of clinical or IT experience in a health care field (Required) Three (3) years supporting Clinical-based applications (Required) Experience with interfaces between Clinical Based System (Preferred) Knowledge working with client-server and/or web based application environments (Preferred) Experience with Clinical Decision Support, Crystal, and/or Microsoft Reporting Services (Preferred) Experience with clinical systems like Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Surgery, EHR and PACS (Preferred)
