Schedule:   Full Time Shift :  Monday – Friday Location: 893 Hope Way Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 The role you’ll contribute: The Continuous Improvement and Operations Team sits within the HR Shared Services organization at AdventHealth Corporate.   The team exists to support strategic planning and journey mapping, to analyze the business, to solve problems, to design solutions, and to implement change.   The HR Continuous Improvement Analyst focuses primarily on analyzing the business, solving problems, and designing solutions. The HR Continuous Improvement Analyst will work in a team environment to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) operations. This position will help achieve business goals and objectives by analyzing business processes, devising creative solutions and innovative ideas and creating supporting documentation such as process flows, process documentation and improvement recommendations.

The individual in this position will be a strong communicator who is self-motivated and results driven. This person will participate in developing measurement strategies, auditing processes and will provide consulting assistance to HRSS Leadership.   The value you’ll bring to the team:           Support all HRSS functions: Contact Center, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and HR Services, regarding end to end process design for efficiency and effectiveness           Participate and potentially lead continuous improvement initiatives through disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives to arrive at best practices           Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements           Create process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures, reports, and business case documents           Identify cross-functional and cross-department process enhancements and participate in collaborative efforts effectively           Capture and consolidate best practices and lessons learned to promote the application of similar process improvement opportunities           Coordinate information and data gathering           Interface and collaborate as required with other HR functions including but not limited to Security, HRIS, IT, Center of Expertise, Corporate and AdventHealth facilities           Assist in organizing meetings and agendas with process owners; create and present business cases to support proposed improvements           Participate in HRSS Voice of the Customer surveying and analytics, SLA preparation, reporting and analytics and other duties as assigned Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :           Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related discipline (i. e. , Human Resources, Management,)           3+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Six Sigma or LEAN practices   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:           Experience in consulting           Experience in Human Resources and/or Shared Services           Master’s in Human Resources           Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Flow           Knowledge of ERP Systems – PeopleSoft HCM and CRM systems   LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:           LEAN, Six Sigma Greenbelt, or other quality management certification OR equivalent knowledge, skills, experience This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
