Job Description This is a seniorengineering role under the DH TS Architecture Design and Innovation HubTeam. The Architecture Design and InnovationHub team has the dual responsibility for doing the research, development,and delivery of emerging technologies via the DHTS Innovation Hub, in additionto the responsibility of enabling our organi zation to leverage IT and businessautomation practices. The DHTS Innovation Hub isa safe environment to explore new ideas an d technologies within a frameworkthat facilitates the transition of proj ects from incubation into potentiallyfull adoption. The In novation Hub will also foster collaboration withindustry partners and pe ers opening a wider range of possibilities by listeningto other transfor mational leaders in the space, sharing our experiences withothers, and c ollaborating on projects for mutual benefit. Essential tasks/responsibilities: · Work with the Innova tionand Automation team to help introduce next-generation technologies t o improvepatient care · Assist the Innovation and Automation team withresearching use cases and best practices for implementing new and emergingtechnologies · Work with our architectur eand engineering teams to identify critical technologies that enable our visionand pioneer the delivery approaches to make them successful · Support th edevelopment and delivery of complex pilot projects around disruptivetec hnologies such as machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI),ro botic process automation (RPA), and IT Automation. MinimumQualifications Education: · Bachelor’s degree or MS inSoftware Engineering, or 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience: · 5-7 years in development or architecti ngsoftware solutions · 2-3 years working experience with CV, ML orother AI tec hnology Requir ed Skills: · Strong collaborationexperience with architects, engineers, and senior leadership to iterativelycreate designs, identify areas of risk, and quickly develop prototypes · Experienceworking full stack a cross front end, back end, data tier, and infrastructuresolutions · Experience design ing and implementing flexible,reusable, scalable, computationally effici ent, and easily maintainableprogramming code for use across multiple pro jects · Curiosity about innovatio n and implementingcutting-edge technologies · Outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, andself-organization · Strong written and verbal comm unication skills Desired Skills: · API Development · Health sciences experience (clinical orresearch) · Experience with patent research and applicatio nsis a plus.

Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent technical experience required. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: None required. Preferred certification in development technologies, as appropriate for the position. Experience Level 1 – No experience required beyond the minimum education (or equivalency) requirement. Level 2 – Two years of directly related experience is required. Level 3 – Four years of directly related experience is required.
