Louisville, Kentucky, Description ScionHealth is recruiting for a Vice President, People Strategy & Initiatives to join our team.  Candidates in the Louisville, Kentucky or Nashville, Tennessee areas preferred. Summary: The Vice President, People Strategy & Initiatives has broad responsibility for people-related strategy, systems, and processes.  The position develops and drives a people strategy focused on employee experience at every level of the organization with day-to-day oversight responsibility for organizational culture and DEI; employee relations, HR compliance; HRIS and other HR systems. Essential Functions: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Develops enterprise-wide employee relations strategies and standards; provides oversight, consultation, guidance and support to team responsible for addressing employee relations and performance matters; designs and implements investigation guidelines, conducts investigations with the potential for enterprise risk and provides oversight for other investigations; collaborates closely with Legal and Compliance to minimize legal, reputational and financial risks stemming from employee relations matters. Oversees efforts to build and maintain a healthy organizational culture aligned with ScionHealth’s values and to embed organizational values in ScionHealth’s business and operating culture; collaborates with Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer on initiatives to define and promote leadership competencies, leadership development, learning management and mentorship programs. Oversees the design, development, and efficient operation of HR systems for employee onboarding, employee lifecycle, performance management and evaluation, learning and development. Collaborates with divisional HR leads to design and implement talent management and talent acquisition strategies, systems, and initiates across the enterprise. Develops and maintains HR policies and works to ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations.
Assists with HR Department administration, including preparation of the departmental budget. Regular and reliable attendance; Perform other duties as assigned; Approximate percentage of time required to travel: Up to 40%. Qualifications Education: ·       Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience Experience: ·       15+ years’ experience in HR or a related field. Depending on a candidate’s qualifications, this position may be filled at a different level.
