We are looking for a full-time Compensation Analyst to assume responsibility for all stages of the compensation cycle, including salary administration, performance management, job descriptions and incentive programs. We will rely on you to develop and support programs that attract and retain a highly qualified work force.
 
Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, administration and communication of our total rewards programs, including the job evaluation process, market analysis and pricing, survey completion and variable pay program design and implementation
Work collaboratively with business line leaders in a business-partner role to understand compensation challenges and provide expertise and recommendations for innovative compensation strategies
Be involved in the planning, design and implementation of new programs based on identified needs
Conduct audits to ensure that pay programs are in legal compliance with laws and regulations
Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structures, FLSA exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures
Assist in the development and dissemination of communications related to our compensation and performance management programs
Participate in developing and managing budgets for compensation programs
Conduct analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance
Summarize data and provide management with succinct analysis and recommendations in both written and verbal formats

 
Qualifications:

3+ years of professional human resources compensation-related experience; healthcare industry experience a plus
HS Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
Broad understanding of compensation and employment laws
Ability to develop strategic and creative reward and recognition plans
Solid knowledge of human resource management systems preferred; Workday a plus
Ability to maintain data integrity, meet aggressive deadlines and provide comprehensive reports
Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
