SALARY: $115,500 to $150,000+ per year, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU’s compensation plan. RVU’s full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials. BENEFITS: RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 ½ paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee’s contribution.  A hybrid work model with remote flexibility is also available for eligible positions. Primary Purpose The Assistant Program Administrator will work with the Program Administrator to provide administrative support for the Nurse Anesthesiology Program. The Assistant Program Administrator will assist with program management, accreditation compliance, student recruitment, and other related tasks. In addition to faculty responsibilities and requirements.
 
Essential Job Functions

Assist with the administration and management of the nurse anesthesiology program.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
Provide support for student activities and events.
Coordinate clinical placements for students in collaboration with clinical sites.
Assist with program evaluation and quality improvement activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Track record of leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for faculty, staff and students.

Minimum Qualifications

Earned doctorate degree from an accredited university in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
Three (3) years of administrative experience in healthcare, nursing education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using educational technology platforms, data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with accreditation standards and regulations.
Experience leading and/or supervising people
Knowledge of nursing education and practice
