Watertown, Wisconsin, Description Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registration Integrity Specialist – Operator Day shift with a weekend and  holiday rotation, . 8 FTE / 32 Hours per week The Registration Integrity Specialist Operator  is often the first point of contact for our patients and their family. Individuals with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of patient confidentiality should consider this opportunity. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service through scheduling, patient registration, and telephone. The Customer Service Associate will interview incoming patients and/or their representatives, recording pertinent identifying information and providing directions to access services.
