Watertown, Wisconsin, Description $3,500 LUMP SUM SIGN ON BONUS. Schedule 8:00 a. m. – 5:30 p. m. Monday – Thursday and 7:30 a. m. – 3 p. m. on Fridays The Clinical Support person is a customer and patient service-oriented team player who is responsible for supporting the clinics by providing a variety of services for preparing and maintaining patient records, preparing patients for physician, other providers or nurses, interacting maintaining optimal patient flow and assists with patient care as directed.
