UNAVAILABLE,, Overview The Account Manager is the primary contact for the sales team/regional managers concerning consulting and customer education services, as well as various projects and proposals. In addition, the Account Manager is the primary contact for all organizations that are accredited or wish to become accredited within the assigned Dubai – Middle East region. This role manages the important contacts within an assigned client or international region and is the primary contact with organizations for management of all core responsibilities to ensure JCR services are successfully contracted and scheduled so that annual revenue targets are met. Responsibilities Position Accountabilities: Primary contact for JCI International consulting and custom education services Primary contact for international organizations in assigned region for information, questions, concerns regarding accreditation/ certification processes. Within an assigned international region, responsibilities include review and approval of new registrations, review and approval of accreditation/certification applications, scoping, contract development and managing accreditation pipeline to ensure annual revenue targets are met Identify and secure project opportunities with client region to increase company revenue Manage assigned regional clients to ensure that JCIA applications and salesforce are accurate Process contracts and pricing sheets Obtain guidance from legal, finance, regional office, and JCR leadership Maintains high level of cultural sensitivity in all types of communication Ensure the proper management of international accreditations and consulting pipelines Qualifications Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred Four to Six years of overall healthcare or customer service experience Able to speak Arabic helpful, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in proposal/contract development Strong analytical ability to evaluate client requests and determine resultant action. Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of JCR’s resources to evaluate and recommend appropriately to clients. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, especially in situations involving consensus and team building with strong problem-solving skills related to program and account management.
