Fresno, California, RN – Home Health – Part Time/Days SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health is accountable for providing competent nursing care within the home setting. Responsible for coordination of the patient’s plan of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions that lead to established outcomes. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Valley Children’s Hospital policies. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A) a graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN strongly preferred; B) an active California Registered Nurse licensure (RN); C) a minimum of 1 year nursing experience; D) Valid California Driver’s License; E) Car Insurance with at least the minimum limits as required by state laws; F) Heart Code Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days or transfer or hire into the position. Bilingual skills highly desirable POSITION DETAILS: Part Time (40 hours per pay period), Day shift PAY RANGE: $37. 02 – $67. 32 LOCATION: Fresno, CA
