Merced, California, RN – Merced – Part Time/Nights SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for providing competent nursing care. Responsible for coordination of the patient’s plan of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions that lead to established outcomes. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Valley Children’s Hospital policies. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a BSN preferred as well as a valid CA RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS). Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within six (6) months of hire or transfer into position. Minimum one year experience highly desirable. Bilingual skills are preferred. POSITION DETAILS: Part time, 4 x 11. 5-hour shifts per 2-week pay period, night shift position PAY RANGE: New Grad $35. 67 – $61.
