Schedule:   Full Time  Shift :  Day Supporting Locations:  AdventHealth Castel Rock, Littleton, Porter, Parker The role you’ll contribute:  Under general supervision of a Director, Senior Director, Executive Director/MD, or AVP this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of independent judgement and experience to complete tasks. Role requires appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may support multiple Directors.

May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks as required by the department. The value you’ll bring to the team:  Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing Creates documents, prepares correspondence, and produces copies Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents Makes decisions on schedules, organizes and plans work Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed : High School Diploma or GED Two years of related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to display professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English Effectively able to problem solve in complex situations  This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
