My client, a progressive health system with a well-established pharmacy residency program, is seeking a Pharmacist Clinical Educator to join their team as the primary clinical educator/trainer at the hospital. The position offers plenty of room for professional growth plus you’ll be able to make this your ‘baby’ if you will as it’s a newly created role which is dedicated to the development of new education, providing annual competency training, and doing all of our pharmacy clinical training in general. Turnover here is very limited which speaks to the quality culture that has been established. Qualified candidates will have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a solid foundation in clinical hospital pharmacy work, whether be thru residency training or years of relevant clinical hospital pharmacist experience. A current TX license is strongly preferred but may consider those without at the time of application if they have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and are skilled at teaching/training others.
