Portland, Oregon, President & CEO Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette Location Flexible The CEO Opportunity Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette(PPCW) is a seeking a high-integrity, strategic, and visionary CEO who will work alongside PPCW’s staff, board, and community stakeholders to build a strategic plan and deliver on PPCW’s mission and vision of impact. PPCW is well-poised to be a leader in the regional and national conversation related to what reproductive freedom could and should look like in the United States, and hopes to identify bold leaders, who understand the unique opportunities and challenges in the healthcare field, with ideas related to innovative care models and best practices in operations and finance. PPCW is seeking a dynamic and authentic leader who will build upon its decades of success, work in close partnership with the Board and staff to advocate for PPCW’s mission, and evolve PPCW’s service offerings to meet the needs of its communities and ensure financial sustainability. In partnership with the Board and staff, the next CEO will define bold short- and long-term goals for PPCW, designing a cohesive and targeted strategic plan, and work with a wide variety of constituents to implement and evaluate it, ensuring that the delivery of services and organizational initiatives are integrated through a lens of equity and are effective in supporting PPCW’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives. About PPCW For generations, PPCW has been one of the largest sexual health organizations in theregion, facilitating over 62,000 patient visits annually and serving thousands more each year through their education programs and advocacy work. The organization currently has an operating budget of $32 million, a staff of over 250 (78% of which are union members), and eight health centers. PPCW serves its community through a broad range of family planning, sexual and reproductive health care; provides sex education to young people and their educators to increase access to sexual and reproductive health care and healthy sexuality; and advocates for the protection of reproductive rights and freedom in Oregon and Southwest Washington. 80% of PPCW’s patients have lower incomes (below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level) and 41% of patients report being uninsured.
