Twin Falls, Idaho, Overview St. Luke’s Health System in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an Information Station Assistant to join our Information Station Assistants team. Unit/Position SummaryUnder direct supervision, the Information Station Assistant greets arriving and departing guests and may park and retrieve vehicles for guests. Responsibilities Under direct supervision, the Information Station Assistant greets arriving and departing guests and may park and retrieve vehicles for guests. Greets guests, assisting them out of the vehicle or with personal items or bags as needed; opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate. Provides information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices and services. Identify guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle or wheelchair services. May drive and park guest vehicles, provide guest with claim check, and retrieve cars for guest upon demand. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 0 years additional experience.
