Fort Smith, Arkansas, Join our $186 Million expansion of the Emergency Department and ICU as the ED Medical Director. Lead a fully integrated team of emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. Mercy Fort Smith has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time medical director in the River Valley region of Arkansas. Candidates must be board certified and have previous emergency medicine experience, be a proven leader, skilled in optimizing throughput, efficiency, and positive interactions to ensure high quality care and service.
