FTE: 1. 0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Senior Care Connect Analyst is an excellent senior-level position, serving as a key IT resource for facility implementation, optimization and solutions/support. In this position, you will support the team in assisting organizations with IT activities, second-level support to resolve incidents, and participation in new install, upgrade/SU and/or new module/application testing and implementation. Responsibilities You will lead various initiatives linked to assigned technology and/or process improvements You will provide incident/issue support through data gathering You will work to troubleshoot and resolve Advanced Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes You will show the ability to complete very complex application build/fixes You will apply advanced knowledge in at least one Epic module Requirements BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores within first three (3) months in role Microsoft Office Proficiency Professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency preferred Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we’ll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, MultiCare shares a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $101,587. 00 and the pay scale is $101,587. 00 – $140,275. 00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicantâs years of experience align.
