Durham, North Carolina,     The User Provisioning Analyst provides access control for all supported applications including but not limited to MaestroCare -EMP & SER, Clinical applications, and business applications: AD, OneSig n, Citrix,   etc.   Will be working closely with the Maestro CareSER/EMP team and other Maestro Care Security Team members, Clinical SystemsSupport Teams, and OIT.   The UserProvisioning Analyst is a contributing member of the Maestro Care Security team and overall Maestro Care project team. The User Provisioning Analyst is responsible for maintaining user, security classes, profiles, activities, menus, roles, workspaces, and other security-related master files. The analyst m understands how applications integrate and how multiple applications use the same settings. Participates in the resolution of complex issues consistent with divisional/organizational goals.     CERTIFICATION : The employee hired for this position is not required to obtainEpic certification. Proficiency may be required in areas associated with Epic user access/provisioning.   Reports To SER/EMP Provisioning Group Manager.   EssentialTasks/Responsibilities ·          Responsible for building, analyzing, and implementing Security for all supported applications.

·          Assists with the user access process including the setup and maintenance of accounts · Provide  support with the development and implementation of security controls for the Supported applications ·           Assists with the configuration of auditing and creation of reports in association with auditing ·          Assists the team in gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and alternative solutions to existing workflows and technical issues During Go-Lives, this position is responsible for ensuring accounts are provisioned in a timely manner in production   ·          Position is also required to participate in an on-call rotation, and will be responsible for responding to and resolving security-related issues during their on-call rotation ·          Responsible for ensuring the team meets or exceeds established metrics. · May function  as a subject matter expert with proficiency in undefined ed area(s) of the profession, or as a generalist, with a broad knowledge of all aspects of the profession. · Through technical  expertise, thought leadership, and effective communication, assist in developing and establishing the strategic direction for the information security program. ·          Leadspeers to resolve complex issues consistent with divisional/organizational goals.   Education/training   Required:   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or other related field or equivalent experience   Preferred:   College degree/training; Epic Certification not required. Proficiency may be required in areas associated with Epic user access/provisioning.   Experience   Required:   Experience in Network or Systems Security, Information Security Management, Financial applications development, and management, or the equivalent combination of education and experience   Advanced computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, training in business functions and in system s analysis and design   Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   Good workflow analysis and business process integration skills   Preferred: Multi-platform and networking experience or education   Experience working within an ITIL-based Change Management environment or IT support service   Level 1 – No experience is required beyond the minimum educa tion (or equivalency) requirement. Level 2 – Two years of related experience is required. Level 3 – Four years of related experience is required.

Level 3 – A Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, physical science, or other related field is preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: LEVEL 1: LEVEL 2: In addition to the requirements described for Level 1, Level 2 requires: One or more information security industry certifications (e. g.

CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent) are preferred. Additional technical or management certifications (e. g. MCSE, CCNP, CCIE, or PMP) are preferred. LEVEL 3: In addition to the requirements described for Level 2, Level 3 requires: One or more information security industry certifications (e. g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent) are required.   Experience   Level 1 – No experience is required beyond the minimum education (or equivalency) requirement. Level 2 – Two years of related experience is required. Level 3 – Four years of related experience is required.
