We are looking for an experienced HCM PeopleSoft Analyst with a concentration in Benefits and Compensation. Expereince with PeopleSoft configurations and integrations with PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Security and development a plus. Partners with the CIO, hospital presidents, and other key clinical and functional leaders to effectively plan and assess BJC Information Services strategies. Analyzes ways to improve operations, and works proactively to integrate clinical, administrative, and IT solutions. Ensures ongoing support of existing IT systems to provide strong customer satisfaction.
Responsible for effective project development and implementation which yield desired business results and the management of capital project scope, functionality, budgets, milestones, and workflow integration. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Works with internal business leaders and serves as liaison between the IT organization and business units for the collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements to the IT organization. Leads staff employees on a regular basis, but is not the supervisor. Responsibilities Identifies, proposes and influences business solutions, negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations. Leads the gathering of business needs and focuses on developing and improving business processes, assisting with the development of metrics, both within the technology and business organizations. Manages portfolio by providing oversight for budgets and priorities for designated areas. Ensures that the design and integration of proposed system, software and hardware solutions leads to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology. Facilitates communication between IT department, other BJC service providers, and functional departments.
