Seattle, Washington, Seeking a Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure physician to join a growing, well-supported team at Swedish Medical Group’s dedicated Advanced Cardiac Support Clinic. The Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute is the largest Cardiovascular practice in the Seattle metro area with the largest Cardiovascular Surgery Practice. The Swedish Advanced Heart Failure Program is a multi-disciplinary team, including several advanced practice clinicians, a dedicated pharmacist, dietician, and social worker, dedicated to all aspects of heart failure and chronic disease management – both systolic and diastolic heart failure. The programmatic focus is cardiogenic shock (ECMO, LVAD, and all forms of MCS), population health and chronic disease management, including cardiomem, remote monitoring and developing non traditional methods of remote patient care. The Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute is a leader in clinical trial participation in the Pacific Northwest and has a commitment to furthering academic research in heart failure. Solely heart failure-based practice (1hr for new appointments, 30min for return appointments) ECMO and LVAD, and cardiogenic shock programs 1:4 inpatient team. Opportunity for research and clinical trials Dedicated pharmacist, social worker, dietitian and data analyst 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred Compensation is between $212. 29 to $312. 30 per hour The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
