The Application Analyst Lead is primarily responsible for supporting key aspects of clinical applications and systems that support the operation of the clinic. This entails providing technical support, troubleshooting, systems change management, business analysis, process improvement, and training of users. The individual will also support other analysts with testing and process development, and end to end system configuration tasks. Responsibilities With little to no supervision, lead the strategic execution, oversight, enhancement, implementation, and optimization of clinical application(s). Prioritizes and monitors work for the team by assisting each team member to manage their own backlog of work and set priorities. Develops, documents, and adheres to the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with related applications and systems. Challenges current work practices; identifies process improvement opportunities and presents recommendations and solutions to management. Partners with clinical stakeholders to understand the problems and collaborates with them to build solutions.

Provides technical oversight and training to the team around troubleshooting, system enhancements, protocol build, validation, and testing. Mentors a diverse team and fosters a collaborative and collegial working environment. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent 7 years of experience in healthcare IT or related clinical experience Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal Demonstrated collaboration and relationship management abilities Ability to organize and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demands. Ability to use initiative and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities. Ability to work in a complex, fast paced, health care environment. Knowledge of MSFT 365 Understanding of HIPAA Preferred: BA/BS in related field. Experience with healthcare reporting Certification in appropriate application (if applicable) This position is patient facing and/or requires access to Fred Hutch clinical facilities. As such, full COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment, without exception. Booster doses are strongly recommended but not required. If declining a booster, completion of the COVID-19 Vaccination Status Form Questionnaire and COVID-19 Booster Declination Training is required.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $111,748 to $176,634 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
