Phoenix, Arizona, Position Summary This is a remote position. The Sr Provider Compensation Analyst provides general compensation support and assistance to internal partners and organizational leaders. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of provider compensation, including compensation reviews, Schedule B updates, incentive calculations and reporting. Education Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (Required) Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (Preferred) Experience Prior experience in health care industry accounting, reporting, human resources or finance (Required) Prior experience in a lead role related to provider compensation (Required) Certifications CPA, CMA, CHFP or FHFMA (Preferred) Special Skills Strong spreadsheet and relational database skills, with ability to write, run and organize queries and reports and the ability to analyze data and identify pertinent information and trends (Required) Must possess excellent communication and organization skills for working with physicians and management. (Required) Familiarity with CPT codes and CMS Relative Value Units (RVU) (Required)
