Morristown/NJ/USA, Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Office Assistant for the Customer Satisfaction Department at Morristown Medical Center. Required hours are M-F 7:00am-3:00pm including weekends (as required). Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities: The Office Assistant will be responsible for all correspondence, supply ordering and inventory control, patient valuable documentation and Origami input and resolution and accounts payable processing. Additionally, the office assistant will be charged with answering the timely response of the patient experience inquiry line, info emails, concerns and complaints, escalation of clinical matters to patient relations. The office Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Patient Experience Leadership via meeting minutes, agendas and necessary data/excel and power points. This position will support weekend department responsibilities on a bi-weekly basis to ensure proper processing of visitors and escalation of issues to the nursing administrators. Should be able to display professionalism and good telephone etiquette. Good communication skills. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma required. Minimum Experience: To provide a safe environment to our patients, we require that all candidates must be able to read, write and speak English.

Retail experienced preferred. HCAHPS knowledgeable. Bilingual preferred. Previous experience in caring for patients and families preferred. Excellent customer service skills a must. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Publisher.
