Lead Patient Transport

Phoenix, Arizona, Position Summary The Lead Patient Transport position performs high quality transport services for all patients. Serves in an area specific leadership role. Facilitates communication of operational processes and policies to Patient Transporters, as well as performing dispatching services as needed. Education High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience One (1) year of experience as a Patient Transporter, or similar customer service position. (Required) One (1) year of Call Center or Dispatch experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Preferred) Certifications BLS Certification through the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Required)
