Seattle, Washington, Join a large physiatry and primary care sports medicine, outpatient musculoskeletal, and spine practice that is part of a comprehensive multispecialty musculoskeletal medicine, spine, pain management, and bone health service line, Rehabilitation and Performance Medicine, at Providence Swedish in Seattle, Washington . Practice as a full-time Sports Medicine Physician at Providence Swedish’s Swedish Spine Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine (SSSMM) practice. Be part of the physician team that serves as the official sports medicine providers for the WNBA Seattle Storm, MLS Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle University Athletics, and Cascades, Seattle’s professional Ultimate team. The full-time position includes treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, performance medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, and regenerative medicine . Mentor and train ACGME sports medicine fellows. Be a part of a collegial, multidisciplinary group focused on providing team-based care and enjoy fulfilling work in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Monday to Friday schedule Clinical experience and ACGME accredited Fellowship training in Sports Medicine, including at least 5 years of post-training experience treating professional, collegiate, and/or elite athletes. Certification: Board certification in primary care or physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPM&R), up to date CAQ certification Clinical support and coverage for professional and collegiate sports teams Outpatient only Compensation is between $125. 90 and $176. 96 per hour Where You’ll Work Swedish Medical Center’s Cherry Hill campus in the historic Central District houses James Tower, Seattle’s first hospital, established in 1877 by the Sisters of Providence.
