Miami, Florida, Description Job Summary The Foundation Operations Coordinator enhances operational efficiency through the coordination of staff onboarding process, procurement management, and production of key operational reports. Responsible for mitigating operational challenges, fostering vendor relationships, and facilitating cross-departmental collaborations. Additionally, supports data-driven decision-making and oversees project tracking. Ensures seamless operations, promoting overall organizational productivity. Job Specific Duties Tracks, monitors, and reports on project progress and performance.   Assists with the development and management of organizational policies and procedures. Prepares reports on operational activities for leadership and stakeholders.   Oversees the annual selection and registration process for states where the organization will solicit donations, ensuring compliance with each state’s nonprofit regulations in collaboration with a third-party vendor.   Addresses and mitigates operational challenges as they arise.   Coordinates the process for approval, fabrication, and installation of donor recognitions in collaboration with the construction and facilities teams.

  Assist with research and data analysis to inform operational decision-making.   Coordinates the onboarding, training, and offboarding of new employees.   Optimizes the acquisition of resources and equipment, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and budgetary considerations.   Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration on key initiatives and projects.   Collaborates with IT support to maintain dependable technology systems and equipment.   Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates the submission and tracking of legal documents and agreements via MediTract, ensuring accurate and timely review by the legal department.   Develops and sustains working relationships with vendors and suppliers to enhance business value and service quality. Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements 1-3 years in an operational, logistical, analytical or similar role 1-3 years utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience in a nonprofit setting preferred. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop preferred.

Able to work with autonomy and be self-motivated. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to apply emotional intelligence to navigate complex dynamics and motivate key stakeholders. Able to communicate and collaborate with team members.
