Yuma, Arizona, The Compensation Analyst assists with the design, development, analysis and implementation components of the full compensation life cycle including job descriptions, job matching to market data, salary structure creation, benchmarking, salary planning and communications; Analyzes survey data and recommends pay range assignments for employee compensation changes; Assures through analysis, audits, and reports that the compensation program is consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations; Assists in projects involving both compensation and total rewards. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field Experience Required: 1+ years related experience Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday Physical Requirements and working conditions for this position will be provided to you upon interview.
