Texarkana, Texas, Description Summary: Performs general secretarial duties to include processing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, coordinating meetings, and transcribing minutes. Serves as receptionist to the department. Provides exceptional professional and courteous service to all internal and external customers. Assist in maintaining the daily operation of the Department. Assist in data analysis and report trends to management as needed. Works with little supervision with ability to use critical thinking skills and utilize own judgment in making decisions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
