Ardmore, Pennsylvania, Nemours is seeking a Primary Care Project Manager. Primary Functions: The Primary Care Project Manager will have responsibility for leading and implementing strategic projects to support growth and operations. Essential Functions: Manage the evaluation planning and implementation of assigned Primary Care projects to support high-value strategic and operational needs of the organization and operating units. Under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Director, leads assigned small to medium sized projects to successful outcomes. Role will often manage multiple projects concurrently. Responsible for leading interdisciplinary project teams strategically aligned to the organization’s business needs and key result areas. Position encompasses consultation to project management facilitation data analytics and interpretation and execution for prioritized operational clinical and financial projects. Responsible for developing and implementing metrics to track improvement and return on investments successfully. Planning and Implementing ~ Manages plans and executes deliverables utilizing Project Management and Performance Enhancement approach and methodology. Responsible for creating and delivering customized project plans workflow structures, project charters, presentations and updates while ensuring timely and effective deployment of implementation plans and measurable returns.
Ensure effective communication with key leaders and stakeholders. Other Functions: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Establish collaborative relationships with key managers and departments throughout the enterprise. Practice and adhere to the “Nemours Standards of Behaviors” and “Mission and Value Statement. ” Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree required. PMP certification required 3-5 years of job related experience. Experience in Primary Care, Population Health, or Practice Transformation projects is required. Projects can include efforts associated with expansion of Primary Care operations, or other related healthcare projects tied to quality improvement, utilization, operational standardization, digital tool deployment etc. Experience as a change agent with the ability to influence regardless of the reporting relationships.
