North Kansas City, Missouri, SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Reporting the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director of Cybersecurity functions as the CISO and will lead information security strategy and drivegovernance and program execution across the organization, including security operations, cyber threat intelligence, risk mitigation, security architecture, and program management. They will be the primary liaison and change agent for all security matters associated with information technology. The Director will oversee and develop a collaborative team and supporting processes to safeguard NKCH/Meritas Health System assets, intellectual property, data and computing systems. They will own and be accountable for execution and goals of the cybersecurity program aligned to priorities of NKCH/Meritas Health System. EXPERIENCE: Fifteen (15) + years of total experience in InformationTechnology, including five (5) + years of experience in security leadership and management. SPECIAL SKILLS: Understanding of industrystandards and frameworks: NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, ITIL, PCI, GDPR, CSC; Understanding of Healthcare systems preferred. OTHER: Strongworking knowledge of IT Service Management (ServiceNow preferred); Strong analytical skills in budgeting, planning and policy maintenance and development; Experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management, as well as contract and vendor negotiation. LICENSE/CERT: Required: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Preferred: CCNPS (Cisco Certified Network Professional Security), CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors – Computer Science, Bachelors – Management Information Systems (MIS), Bachelors – Related Field, Bachelors – Cybersecurity
