Whittier, California, Provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plan, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines. Demonstrate quality nursing clinical practice while meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Knowledge and ability to apply the nursing process while developing an individualized patient plan of care. Able to demonstrate clinical nursing expertise in the establishment of peripheral intravenous lines and administration of intravenous therapies. Computer skills and ability to navigate an electronic health record. Required Current California license as a Registered Nurse in good standing. A minimum of one year experience as a professional nurse, preferably in an acute care facility. BSN referred. Current CPR card Current California driver’s license and valid auto insurance. Home Health experience preferred.
