Downey, California, The Plant Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising the work of employees engaged in a variety of plant, utilities, emergency, equipment and building operations and maintenance services. Ability to organize and manage technically skilled personnel needed to maintain and operate the Hospital Facilities. Ability to maintain the Facility within approved budgets. Thorough working knowledge of all equipment so as to not only maintain but to prevent unnecessary failure and down time.

Ability to interface effectively with all other hospital personnel when solving a Maintenance or Engineering problem. High School, GED, or trade school graduate (preferably courses in arithmetic, mathematics, and electricity) Five (5) years’ experience in Maintenance and/or Engineering with at least five (5) years in healthcare setting.
