Altamonte Springs, Florida, Description The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Social Science(s), or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment At least 1 year of prior experience in leading teams or management/supervisor experience EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Social Science(s), or related field   Talent and/or sourcing experience in a healthcare environment Experience with social networking, talent search engines, social media, job boards, and candidate databases LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), or Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)  Recruiting certification such as Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) or another recruitment-specific certification issued by AIRS Recruiter Academy Qualifications Human Resources This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
