We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue and sales leads for WEO Media. This position requires a marketing leader who has experience in crafting B2B marketing strategies, and also has the skill set to both implement strategies and ensure goals are being met. While much of this work is strategic, we do not yet have a full-time marketing team to support this role, so direct contributions to the work will be expected (e.g. scheduling social media activities, creating email content, building workflows in Hubspot, performing some website work).
The ideal candidate has technical SEO experience (both local and enterprise), experience running and analyzing Google Ads campaigns, social media expertise, has crafted effective drip campaigns, can work with a writing team to craft website content and understands how to support business development in strengthening partnerships within our industry. A successful marketing manager is a self-starter who is willing to jump in and take initiative and move projects forward. This role is a essential to driving leads to our Senior Marketing Consultants, raising the visibility and credibility of our brand, and enhancing our digital asset performance.

Who Will You Work With?
We have a fantastic group of people in our Sales & Marketing division. You’ll work closely with our National Sales Director and Director of Business Development, as well as our Operations Team for supporting your marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
• Review existing marketing strategy to ensure alignment with lead goals and general business development goals.
• Manage the marketing programs budget to cost effectively support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports funnel and client lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development leadership on revenue priorities.
• Conduct and evaluate market research to determine our current competition and map a strategy to improve ranking and reach.

Compensation & Benefits
This position is full-time salary exempt. Currently our work is 100% working from home in eligible states*. Our salary offering for this role is non-negotiable, and our budgeted range is $67,000 to $80,000 (annual salary) depending on experience. Benefits and available bonuses add an additional $8,000.00 in total compensation.

Team members are required to have use of their own laptop or desktop computer (specifications will be provided) and cell phone for work (monthly technology stipend given to cover the cost of wear and tear ). We also offer a $300 home office reimbursement to purchase additional supplies needed upon hiring. For individuals needing an updated laptop or computer, we provide a 12 month no interest loan to assist with the purchase of new equipment.

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Strategic marketing generalist with a demonstrated track record of improving client acquisition, engagement, and retention
• An effective marketing team leader who can coach, mentor, advocate and also own specific projects or deliverables
• Proven ability to flex between strategic, big picture planning to details, tactical execution and timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including presenting to internal and external audiences
• Analytical skills, and decisive data-based decision making
• Technical SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Content Management experience preferred This position is full-time salary exempt.
