Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce & Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As an E-commerce & Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will manage our E-commerce storefront, provide excellent customer service to our online store customers and drive marketing activities and initiatives. You will work remotely and collaborate with our team to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience with us and that our marketing initiatives are driving traffic and revenue to our website.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email, chat or phone to provide assistance and support (Primary)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Learn and run marketing campaign across different channels SEO, email marketing and social media (Primary)
Track and analyze customer data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest improvements to management.
Requirements:
Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn new skills in E-commerce and Marketing (Primary)
2+ years of experience in customer success or E-commerce sales.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English with no grammatical errors
Experience with Shopify and Meta Business Manager a huge bonus
