This position is based in the following office location:
Manchester, NH
The Opportunity
You will
provide exceptional service to students following SNHU’s Core Values, focusing on the following areas: student success, student persistence,
and the student experience. You will report to the Assistant Director of Academic Advising, located on our main campus in Manchester, NH.
This job is an onsite position, #LI-Onsite.
In this Role You’ll Get To:

You will review established reports
daily and outreach to support student success, persistence, and satisfaction. -
You will use a wide variety of resources to
help guide outreach to students depending upon circumstance . -
You will support new students using the new student orientation
process. -
You will understand student’s goals and tailor approach to meet student’s needs.

You will resolve
student concerns in one interaction or take ownership of resolution, assuring prompt follow-up. -
You will deliver and maintain
an accurate course plan to each student, ensuring students with acknowledged course plans are registered for all future
terms. -
You will listen and want to understand by demonstrating care and curiosity in all interactions.

You
will advocate for the “right thing” to do on behalf of our students. -
You will remain engaged and informed to ensure delivery
of accurate information. -
You will assist us with commencement ceremonies and reception events.
What we’re
Looking For:
-
Years of relevant or specific experience: One to two years’ experience working in professional setting
(customer service, sales, admissions, advising, or higher education). -
Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: Bachelor’s
degree -
Ability to build relationships and develop a rapport with students.
