Charity People have partnered with a global leading charity committed to ending poverty. We are supporting this fantastic charity in their search for an exceptional individual to join their team as the New Partnerships Manager in the stock donation retail sector.

Salary: £34,098 – £41,676 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Oxford /London (Hybrid working, with a requirement to attend the office twice a month)

25 days of annual leave per year plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service)
The role:
As the New Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for researching, cultivating, and securing relationships with corporate partners to generate substantial and sustainable stock donations. Your efforts will support the Charity’s Retail Strategy by ensuring a consistent and diverse supply of high-quality stock to drive income growth in our Retail network.
To succeed in this role, you must be aligned with the Charity’s mission to end poverty and embrace their feminist principles of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion. We’re looking for candidates who bring a commercial outlook, backed by experience in developing and securing multi-year partnerships in either a commercial or charity setting.
About you:
You will be from an experienced corporate fundraising or corporate sales background and have a genuine passion for sustainable fashion. In this role, we’ll need you to bring:
- Proactive and creative mind-set to generate new initiatives and drive business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering inspiring presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to build rapport and understand the needs and values of individuals and organisations.
