Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company, is looking for a qualified Technical Recruitment specialist to join our Human Resource team who will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for the talent pipeline in the organization.
You will be responsible for tasks such as CV screening, job posting, and the entire hiring process for the talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources is a must.
2-4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Technical Recruitment is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates
Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and resources.
Facilitate and conduct rounds of interviews for the technical team.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and desired qualifications.
Write and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the position’s responsibilities and requirements.
Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
Assist with the onboarding process
