We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Property Manager/Renovation Officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about property management and interested in renovation projects. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to gain valuable experience in managing properties and supporting renovation activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.
Coordinate property maintenance activities.
Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with senior staff and contractors to develop renovation plans and project timelines.
Conduct research on materials, equipment, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and tracking orders.
Monitor renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of property-related information, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks related to property management and renovation projects.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and other relevant documents to tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an OND in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Property Management, Construction Management, Building Tech, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Practical written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and renovation processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
