Prepare School Bills for All Students
Update Students’ Records
Prepare Billing Summary
Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal
Update cash receipt journal
Prepare report of fees and extract the outstanding fees
Prepare termly school fees reconciliation
STUDENTS’ POPULATION STATISTICS
Prepares weekly report of students’ population
Update students’ class list
TREASURY FUNCTION
Petty cash reimbursement function.
Bank imprest reimbursement function
Bank reconciliation function
Prepare of cash flow statement.
Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers
OTHERS
Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions
Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget
Prepare the school’s financial statements.
Maintain Fixed Assets register.
School financial analysis
Budget implementation and monitoring with regular variance analysis reports.
Advisory and follow-up on cost management.
Oversees inventory management and reporting.
