School Principal

Responsibilities

Providing overall leadership and direction for the school.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote student learning and success.
Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff members.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal education laws and regulations.
Monitoring student progress and academic achievement.
Managing school resources and budgets effectively.
Communicating with parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community
Supporting and promoting a positive school culture and climate.
Encouraging and supporting professional development opportunities for staff members.

Qualifications

A Master’s Degree in Education or a related field will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years work experience.
Previous experience as a school principal or in a similar leadership role.
Knowledge of education laws, policies, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Familiarity with technology and its use in education.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders.
