Job Description :

As a Growth Analyst, you will drive business growth and optimise performance across various company areas.
You will be responsible for analysing data and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or business intelligence are desirable.
Proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, focusing on driving business growth through data analysis and strategy implementation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.
Knowledge of growth hacking methodologies, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
Understanding of marketing, sales, and product development principles and strategies.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Mindfulness and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong project management and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
