Job responsibilities

Maximizes Business & User Value through co-creating the upstream Innovation / Product roadmap for the assigned domain, looking beyond the ‘now’ and laying out the 3yr journey to increase business value. Immerses in the business, understanding what’s needed and what’s possible for value creation (20%), using understanding of business opportunities, creating the Value Portfolio of initiatives for your domain. Determines the set and sequence of products/projects that will deliver on the business value, building strong and productive relationships with business and vendor partners to ensure the joint business plans are delivered. Embodies Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement to reach KPIs in EX (Employee Experience), Stewardship, Value & Innovation. Demonstrates Project Management skills on critical projects in area of responsibilities. Scope covers one service domain for one region/market cluster.

Job Qualifications

• Active student of all courses, from any university, with graduation date between December 2024 to July 2025 (2 years of the internship is the maximum allowed by law and 1 year is the minimum time that we believe is ideal to prepare YOU to be a manager at the end of the internship);
• Knowledge in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Power BI etc);
• IT skills is a plus;
• Up Intermediate/Advanced English;
• Live or have mobility to live in Louveira/SP and cities nearby.
