To manage and lead MTS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team to support International OEM located in China focusing on end customer support and promotion, also support global OEM for imported machines under HQ CRM framework. Meanwhile setup China MTS eco-system by buildup of external support resource, online promotion and China MTS association communication.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Proactively communication with China IB (International Business) sales, for coordination and operation support of key IB OEM’s marketing activities and events to promote Siemens.
2. Coordination and support of after-service and application requests of end users of China IB OEMs.
3. Build up good relationship with IB OEMs, and bridge business information.
4. Proactively support IB OEM local office by technical training, bidding consulting and specific project support.
5. Plan and reporting of yearly activities and events of IB OEMs.
6. Operation of programs from HQ CRM to build up a global “pull” effect for MTS international OEMs.
7. Interface for solving problems in end user for imported machines from global OEMs.
8. Setup, expand and manage external technical resources for MTS business, such as on-site training, troubleshooting.
9. Take advantage of MTS web site (CNC4U) for online promotion.
10. Proactively approaching of China MTS relevant associations such as gear, bearing to build up Siemens image.
11. Other assigned tasks.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g., drive technologies, automation, etc.
2. 5 years working experience in Industry automation, prefer in MTS system.
3. Prefer sales or marketing experience in international OEM customers.
4. Prefer knowledge of MTS products & system or competitors corresponding products.
5. Good communication skills internally and externally.
6. Quick learner and with good business sense.
7. Ability for structured & analytic approach to evaluate business case, propose measures, implement and follow-up.
8. Good presentation skills in English.
9. Teamwork spirit.
