GMC PSS is responsible for GMC portfolio sales&promotio n in the responsible area, to maximize market exploitation and win new business based on BU & SU strategy.
• Be responsible for GMC portfolio promotion and new customer development in assigned territory.
• Using Challenger Sales, sell TIA solution and value added to customers based on GMC product/soluti on technology.
• Close cooperation with SU sales, BU BD, Distributor to identify new business opportunity.
• 负责委派地区的GMC(通用运 动控制)产品推广及新客户开发 工作
• 运用挑战式销售方法,进行解决 方案及价值销售
• 与当地西门子销售,BU BD(业务拓展),分销商密切 合作,实现GMC业务的持续稳 定的发展
• 独立开发新客户
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Bachelor or above with automation related major preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in automation or electrical industry.
• Good communication skill and problem-solvin g capability.
• Ownership spirit and growth mindset
• 本科及以上学历,电气或自动化 相关专业优先
• 3-5年电气自动化的技术支持 或销售,业务拓展方面工作经验
• 良好的沟通能力,解决问题的能 力
• 对工作认真负责
• 具备成长性思维模式,乐于学习 ,敢于接受挑战
